utridense is a carefully formulated mix of pre-cooked red beans, processed soy beans, uncooked rice and salt, enriched with vitamins & minerals. 1. Macro Ingredients: Processed soy, Red beans and Rice. 2. Flavor variants :Classic, Chicken & beef flavors. 3. Energy saving: 10-15 minutes cooking time. 4. Pack sizes 1kg and 500g. 5. A 500g pack can accommodate 6-8 servings. 6. Product shelf life 1 year. NutriDense – Cooking Instructions for a packet of 500 grams. Step 1: Pour 500g of NutriDense into a bowl. Add 4 cups or 1litre of water. Soak for up to 5 minutes. Step 2: In a different pot, boil 4 cups of water then add the soaked portion to the boiling water. Step 3: Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook at low heat FOR 10 – 15 mins. (or until the rice is tender). MAKE SURE YOU Stir occasionally to allow even cooking. Incase you do not prefer the plain version, for Further flavoring, you can sauté/fry onions, tomatoes, capsicum, carrots, coconut milk, or other preferred seasonings.
