Generic TCP AVReceiver

Description Generic TCP AVReceiver is a Crestron Dynamic Driver that implements a simple TCP control protocol.  The intended use is to provide a means to integrate legacy AV Receivers that are not natively supported within Crestron Home.  Examples would be PSPHD (Procise) and/or AMS-AIP.  No feedback is expected by this driver.
